Thinking of Running for an Assembly Seat?

Here’s an email I received from Cianti Stewart-Reid:

While we have hardly had time to rest up from Campaign ’08, the Assembly Democratic Caucus is already looking forward to Campaign ’10. As we are all aware, because of term limits, there will be nine open Democratic Assembly seats.

We are beginning early in our effort to recruit the very best possible candidates for open and Republican-held seats. We want to begin by letting interested candidates know just what is involved in running and serving in the Assembly. We are having our first overview presentations for potential candidates this month–on December 17 in Las Vegas and December 18 in Reno. Because we know how busy this time of year can be, we will repeat the presentations in January.

We hope you will get this invitation to your membership and/or let us know of any individuals you know who might be interested so that we can mail or email them an invitation.
