SATURDAY: Hillary for Nevada Unveils the “Stronger Together” Entry at Nevada Day Parade

On Saturday, October 29, Hillary for Nevada will join the Carson City Democrats to participate in the Nevada Day Parade. 100 year-old Carson City resident and former Democratic Committee woman Gertrude Gottschalk, born before women had the right to vote, will ride the “Stronger Together” float to show support her for Hillary Clinton and Democrats up and down the ticket. Gottschalk attended her first Nevada Heritage Celebration Parade as a young child and has consistently attended the parade since.  The Nevada Day Parade is a gathering of community spirit to salute our state’s past and look ahead to its future.

With more people voting in this election than any in history, Gottschalk will urge Nevadans to get out the vote for Democrats, highlighting the importance of making a plan for early voting, which ends on Friday, November 4.

Media planning to cover the events are asked to RSVP to NVpressRSVP@hillaryclinton.com.
